How do I set it up?

In-order to configure the chatbot on your Wordpress side, you can follow the following steps;

• Open your Wordpress account and go to 'Plugins' & click 'Add New'

• Search for 'WotNot' in the search bar and click 'Install'

• Click 'Activate' from the same screen or navigate to your installed plugins & click 'Activate'

• Once 'Activated', you will find 'WotNot' on the Menu bar

• Go to 'Channel Configuration -> Web -> Configuration' & copy the code snippet.

Make sure that you have added the same website domain address as your Wordpress websites in the input box. If there is no domain or a different domain added, then the chat widget will not appear on your website even though you have added the code snippet

• Paste the 'Code Snippet' on the 'Wordpress' plugin & click 'Save'

Make sure the bot status is turned on. Once turned on, you will see the chat widget appear on your Wordpress website
